After a quick intro presentation about the health benefits of exercise and the medical recommendations for activity level in adults, there will be four stations that attendees can rotate through: Body weight exercises, walking routes in Worcester, 10-minute stretch sequence, and a deck of cards workout. Free jump ropes, snacks/water. and electrolyte packets will be offered. Presented by UMass Chan Medical students, ALL ARE WELCOME!
