Learn to make Indian Moong Lentil crepes stuffed with Swiss chard, peppers and raisins. It’s a gluten free, vegan, high fiber dish that is incredibly flavorful. Also learn how to use fresh summer tomatoes to make a sweet and tangy tomato chutney that has some heat to it. It is a perfect accompaniment to the Indian lentil crepe or delicious as a sandwich spread’.
Sandhya’s Kitchen is a culinary business that offers cooking classes for both adults & kids. For over 10 years, Sandhya has taught hundreds of students how to make their favorite Indian meals right in the comfort of their kitchen. She has also partnered with numerous organizations over the years, including Whole Foods, Boston Public Market, local libraries across Massachusetts and the Lifelong Learning Center in Franklin to offer numerous courses for both adults and kids.
