Join Tammy Donroe Inman, award-winning author of New England Desserts and New England Brunch, as she shares her favorite regional recipes, the stories behind them, and the pleasures of seasonal baking. Samples will be provided and signed cookbooks will be available for sale.
Tammy Donroe Inman is the award-winning author of New England Desserts, New England Brunch, and Wintersweet: Seasonal Desserts to Warm the Home. A trained chef and cooking instructor, Inman got her start testing recipes for Cook's Illustrated magazine and the TV show America's Test Kitchen. After that, she worked as an editor for Boston Magazine, and has written articles for various publications, including the Boston Globe, Fine Cooking, and Yankee Magazine. She lives with her husband and two high-maintenance cats outside of Boston, where she can be found roller skating by day and moonlighting as a cheesemonger at Formaggio Kitchen in the South End.
