Nutrition plays a vital role in our emotional wellbeing. A nutrient-rich, balanced diet can help to stabilize mood and increase feelings of well-being. Conversely, poor eating habits can lead to energy crashes and emotional distress. Join us to learn more about the effect of your food choices on your mood.
