Teens can visit our Frances Perkins branch to get crafty making their own Halloween themed hand soaps. While supplies last.
We'll be starting with a goat's milk soap base, participants will be able to add their choice of scent and dyes before pouring into Halloween themed molds to set. Participants can take the soaps home with them to use themselves, or give them as a gift to a friend or loved one!
Ages 12-18.
Fun fact: goats milk may reduce skin inflammation, and soothes dry and damaged skin!
The Frances Perkins Branch, formerly known as the Greendale Branch Library, is housed in an architecturally distinguished building, funded in part by Andrew Carnegie and built in 1913.
