WPS Teacher Event and Book Giveaway

Worcester Public School Elementary Teachers, this event is for you! Visit the library and leave with dozens of FREE books for your classroom library.

Start the second semester with a brand-new books for your classroom library! We will have dozens of copies of nearly 200 different titles and we want to give away to the teachers of Worcester Public Schools.

Books were chosen for children with K-3rd Grade reading skills that encourage social emotional learning and independent reading--including decodables--and books in Spanish, Portuguese, and Vietnamese with options to request forthcoming books in these languages as well as Albanian. We can also enter into drawings for giveaways, such as book cases and other classroom supplies.

While you are here, you can also:

• Sign up for a library card and tour the children's room.
• Visit with our Worcester community literacy partners.
• Meet representatives from Follett who helped us make this possible. They will have information about how they can help you and your students get more books, how to organize your classroom library using their software, and, of course, swag.

While supplies last; no purchase necessary. Please bring your WPS ID to check-in. Registration suggested in case of weather updates, but not required.
