Join us for a hands-on experience in creating Vietnamese wonton soup with Trang Le, owner of Mint Kitchen & Bar.
Participants will learn how to make the filling, different wrapping techniques, cooking the wontons in broth, and the different toppings to make a complete meal.
Trang Le is the owner of Mint Kitchen and Bar in Worcester. Mint offers an authentic and modern dining experience, serving iconic Northern Vietnamese dishes. Mint opened in April 2022, but Trang’s family has been involved in Worcester’s food scene since the early 2000s. You can often spot her husband and three children helping prepare food, craft cocktails, and decorate the restaurant for holidays!
