Join us for an engaging discussion with Keri D. Singleton.
Award-winning novelist, talk show host, and journalist Keri D. Singleton has navigated a real life journey that some would envy and others would sympathize with. From Boston's unforgiving inner-city neighborhoods to New York City, Singleton has endured trials and tribulations, highs and lows, and successes and failures that he has summarized in an autobiographical poetry collection entitled "Journey: The Poems."
Mr. Singleton will share selections from his acclaimed poetry book while detailing the events that inspired them. Additionally, the lifelong lover of literacy will discuss the importance of libraries despite the onslaught of the digital era, which often diverts society away from these vital institutions.
