Practice yoga during your lunch break and rejuvenate your body!
Recommended for ages 18 and older.
Take advantage of your daily lunch break to relax and reset with Yoga taught by Kate Dalrymple of Kula Yoga of Worcester. Please bring a mat and water.
Doors open at 11:45. Please arrive no later than 11:55 as the instructor begins class promptly at 12:00.
It is recommended that you consult your physician or other healthcare professional before starting any exercise or physical fitness program, especially if you have pre-existing injuries or health conditions. All exercise-related activity is done at your own risk. The Worcester Public Library will not be held responsible for any injury resulting from performing these exercises.
