Learn about the rich Optical History in Southbridge MA

Southbridge Massachusetts has a long, rich history of creating optics and lenses. It even has a museum, the Optical Heritage Museum, to celebrate it's role! Join us as we welcome local historican Dick Whitney to learn about John F Kennedy Jr's visit to Southbridge in 1958 where he learned about how important the local contributions were to the world. Dick was there and can offer a firsthand experience of this historic event! This lecture is co-presented with Assumption's WISE program
