Learn to make vegan kebabs and Sandesh, a popular Indian dessert.
Learn to make gluten-free, vegan, and fiber-rich red kidney bean kebabs. These flavorful bites are aromatic and indulgent. They make a perfect finger food or an entree! There will also be a demo on how to make fresh Indian Paneer Cheese, using it to make a cardamom flavored, truffle-like dessert called Sandesh. Program generously sponsored by the Friends of the Worcester Public Library.
