Join Dr. Mordarski for a casual, holiday chat about common ingestions and intoxications we see with pets around the holidays.
Medications from visiting family members, pesky plants, the ever-present-chocolate, and rising bread dough, there are numerous things that pets love to get into around this time of year that we need to be aware of. Dr. Mordarski will cover some of the more common scenarios, concerns with each ingestion, and what to expect if your pet needs a trip to the clinic for treatment.
Dr. Mordarski graduated from Cummings School of Veterinary Medicine at Tufts in 2017. He practiced emergency medicine at several different hospitals from 2017-2021, and then spent about 9 months working for the ASPCA Poison Control Center. Following this, he took a full-time position at Veterinary Urgent Care Center, and is happy to be practicing back in his hometown of Worcester! When not at work, he’s generally found outside somewhere, climbing rocks or ice, skiing, or some other sort of mountain adventure! Other days, he might just be found at home, reading a book with his two cats, Habibi and Sasha.
