Join us for the "You Belong Here "Celebration on Saturday, October 5, from 4-9pm outside the Worcester Public Library (WPL) on Salem Street!

Join us for the "You Belong Here "Celebration on Saturday, October 5, from 4-9 p.m. outside the Worcester Public Library (WPL) on Salem Street!

At this special community event, we will officially present a major public art & lighting installation on the Salem Street facade of WPL: a 90-foot by 15-foot piece created by local artist Sharinna Travieso, reflecting the theme of "belonging."

Plus, you can enjoy a festive, family-friendly, FREE afternoon and evening of activities including a DJ, street performers, a paint-by-numbers mural for YOU to co-create, a Ferris wheel, food trucks, and plenty of surprises for all ages.

Come celebrate the rich diversity of Worcester and experience this stunning new addition to our city’s landscape.

Everyone is welcome to be part of this experience Downtown... YOU BELONG HERE!
